Syncmoji support
Help with connecting workspaces, importing emoji, and using stickers.
Connect a workspace
- Open Syncmoji and tap +, or Settings → Connect a Slack workspace.
- Sign in through Slack and authorize access to custom emoji and workspace information.
- Repeat for each workspace. To connect a different Slack account, choose that account during the next connection.
Your workspace may require an administrator to approve app installations. Syncmoji requests emoji:read and team:read; it does not request message or channel-history access.
Use stickers in Messages
Open Messages and its Stickers picker, then select Syncmoji. You can also hold a message, choose Attach/Add Sticker, and select Syncmoji. Search by name, choose Static or Animated, and tap or drag a sticker. The available placement and reaction controls are managed by iOS.
Refresh and retry
Use the refresh button to check your connected workspaces. If a few images cannot be prepared, a later refresh retries them. Some files may exceed the system sticker size or format limits. Syncmoji sends limited technical error reports automatically; see the privacy policy for details.
Pins and workspace selection
Tap the pin button to enter pin editing, tap emoji to pin or unpin, then tap the pin button again to finish. Select a workspace using the bottom icon bar. The compact Messages view hides this bar when only one workspace is connected.
Remove a connection
Select the workspace, open Settings, and choose Remove. Confirming removes its local connection, downloaded library, pins and recents from this device. It does not uninstall the Slack app or revoke installations used elsewhere. Manage or revoke that installation in Slack if needed.
